The short version of how PopupTaffy works for organizers, sellers, and supporters.
How much does my team keep?
Your team keeps 50% of taffy sales. Shipping is paid by the buyer and is not part of the split. Goals are take-home — what your organization actually earns.
How much does taffy cost?
Packs are 1 lb for $15 (4 flavor picks); 1.5 lb for $22.50 (6 flavor picks); 2 lb for $30 (8 flavor picks); 2.5 lb for $37.50 (10 flavor picks); 3 lb for $45 (12 flavor picks). Prices are for the taffy only.
Who pays shipping?
The buyer. Flat-rate shipping ($7.95) is added at checkout and never comes out of your 50%.
How long does a fundraiser run?
You pick a 4- or 7-day window when you set up. Short campaigns, no leftover boxes.
How do sellers join?
Share your 6-character event code. Sellers enter it at /join, set a display name, and get their own store link.
When do we get paid?
Your payout hits your account within seven days after the fundraiser closes.
Do we need inventory?
No. Every order ships to the buyer. Nothing shows up at your house.
What about allergens?
All of the taffy is peanut, tree nut, and gluten free.
What's in the taffy?
Campaign packs use saltwater taffy from The Taffy Barrel catalog. Ingredients vary by flavor. Across the regular (sugar) flavors, labels include:
Ingredients: corn syrup, sugar, coconut oil, sea salt, egg whites, evaporated milk, cocoa (some flavors), malic acid, citric acid, sunflower lecithin, natural and artificial flavor, and artificial colors including FD&C Blue 1, Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6.
Contains: egg and milk.
Sugar-free flavors (if offered in a campaign) use a different base: maltitol syrup, coconut oil, sea salt, egg whites, malic acid, cocoa, citric acid, natural and artificial flavor, and artificial color including FD&C Blue 1, Red 40, and Yellow 5. Consumption may cause stomach discomfort and/or a laxative effect. Individual tolerance will vary.

Can kids be sellers?
Yes — with a parent, guardian, or the adult organizer. Public pages show a display name and sales totals only, never a child's contact information.

Is there a minimum?
No minimum. Sell one pack or a thousand.
How do we start?
Start a fundraiser — it takes about ten minutes. Pick dates, set a goal, and invite your team.
