PopupTaffy (popuptaffy.com) lets teams, schools, and groups run short taffy fundraisers. Organizers create a fundraiser, sellers get personal store links to share, and supporters buy saltwater taffy from The Taffy Barrel that ships directly to them. Taffy is priced by weight, and a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Because taffy is a perishable food product fulfilled per order, all sales are considered final once an order ships.

If an order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or doesn’t arrive, contact us at savannah@thetaffybarrel.com and we’ll make it right — including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Each fundraiser’s organizer receives the payout share shown on their dashboard (typically half of taffy sales, excluding shipping). Payout timing and details are coordinated with the organizer after the fundraiser ends. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their fundraiser information and for having permission to fundraise on behalf of their organization.

Keep your account credentials private; you’re responsible for activity under your account. Seller accounts for children should be created and managed with a parent, guardian, or the adult organizer.

Don’t misuse the site: no false fundraisers, no impersonation, no attempts to interfere with other users’ stores or orders, and no use of the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts or fundraisers that violate these terms.

The PopupTaffy name, design, and site content belong to us. Fundraiser and seller names you submit remain yours — you give us permission to display them on your store pages, leaderboards, and related communications as part of running the fundraiser.

The taffy is made in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Ingredient questions? Email us before ordering.

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. See also our Privacy Policy.
